When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, optional company website, project type, budget range, timeline, and project details. We do not collect any information automatically beyond what your browser sends with each request (such as IP address, browser type, and referring URL).
How we use information
We use the information only to communicate with you, evaluate the project request, and decide clear next steps for the potential build. We may also use your email address to follow up on an inquiry if we need clarification about the scope or timeline.
Data retention
We retain inquiry information for the duration of the project discussion and any resulting engagement. If we do not proceed with a project, inquiry data is deleted within 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
No selling of personal information
Spar Tech Labs does not sell, rent, or trade personal information and does not use inquiry details for third-party advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.
Third-party processors
Form submissions may be processed through our hosting infrastructure, spreadsheet or webhook tools used for lead intake, and email delivery services. We do not share your information with third-party marketing platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. We do not add any third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting scripts. The only local storage used is for your theme preference (light, dark, or system mode), which is stored in your browser so the selected mode is preserved between visits.

We process personal information based on legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and providing requested services. For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
